Greater Portland ASTA is throwing a holiday bash and you are invited!
This celebration will also raise funds for ASTA (American Society of Travel Advisors) and its amazing ongoing advocacy work for the travel industry*.
Come join your fellow travel advisors and some great suppliers (both old and new!) to celebrate the return to travel and all that you have had to do to help your clients navigate the craziness this year!

This will be a chance to mix and mingle over appetizers and beverages (2 wine tickets + no host bar) in a festive environment at the very unique Monarch Hotel & Conference Center in Clackamas. Parking is free!
Pricing:
• $25/person early bird pricing (prior to 10/15/22) + applicable Eventbrite fees
• $30 after 10/15 + applicable Eventbrite fees

Your ticket to the showcase will include: 2 wine drink tickets, heavy hors d’oeuvres galore, supplier tradeshow and 1 prize raffle ticket (you will have the opportunity to purchase more raffle tickets to increase your odds of winning one of the many awesome prizes that will be given away as part of the raffle)
NOTE: Special ASTA room rate of $109/night available at the Monarch Hotel for all event attendees (just mention ASTA when calling to register/can’t get discount online)
BONUS! - the first 25 travel advisors to register will receive an invitation to attend an exclusive FULLY HOSTED (dinner and drinks) "deep dive" presentation by Grupo Xcaret the following day (Friday, December 9th, venue and time still TBD). Grupo Xcaret operates a variety of ecoparks, tours and hotels in the Riviera Maya, Mexico area.
