Engagement opportunities of the Mentorship Committee
The Mentorship Recruiting & Vetting Committee is committed to set up criteria to ensure the high standards being displayed during the mentorship program. Some key responsibilities include:
• Recruitment of mentors and mentees
• Matching/ pairing of mentors and mentees
• Maintain the highest integrity and standards
The Mentorship Onboarding & Training Committee is responsible for the content and development of the mentors/ mentees during the program. Theis committee is responsible for ensuring that each participants
understands their roles and responsibilities. Some key responsibilities include:
• Provides orientation and training for mentors, mentees, and volunteers
• Defining goals and setting expectations
• Providing support and resources to increase engagement
The Mentorship Communications Committee will be responsible for develop and implement a uniform branding and communication strategy that includes media outreach, and social media creation. Some key responsibilities
include:
• Create resources and creative assets for the program
• Effective public relations and communications efforts
• Coordinate with trade media and external role players for
visibility
The Mentorship Logistics & Evaluation Committee will be responsible for the overall management of the mentorship program. Some key responsibilities include:
• Supporting, supervising, and monitoring mentorship relationships
• Create strategies to monitor and evaluate the progress of the program
• Develop processes that reflect
on evaluation findings and provides reporting to advisory board
