About

My passion for travel started when I was 5 years old, staying close to my parents as we exited the Mexico City airport on our way to a language immersion school in Cuernavaca. By sixteen I was coordinating excursions for fellow exchange students in Salta Argentina and realized I also have a passion for planning detailed unique trips for others to enjoy. Most of my travel has been immersive, living with families and socializing with locals. In my teens I spent a summer in the mountainous region of Panama and attended high school in Salta Argentina for a year through AFS (the American Field Service). My college year abroad led me to Madrid, Spain through St. Lawrence University’s international studies program which included weekly cultural excursions, visiting museums, tasting the local cuisine, and learning their history. While abroad I planned several group trips for fellow exchange students creating personalized itineraries for every individual. Travel included the salt flats on the border of Bolivia, train to the clouds through the Andes Mountains, castles in Portugal, a food tour in Barcelona and Madrid, and more. Using my formative years and college degree to build a foundation of knowledge and experience as it relates to culture, language, and travel, I moved to San Juan, Puerto Rico to manage Bilingual Communications and Hurricane Relief for the Episcopal Diocese of Puerto Rico. In charge of curating experiences for those visiting the diocese, I had multiple opportunities to plan travel all over the island exploring every church and small village community, beach, restaurant, and waterfall in sight! My short-term travels have taken me all over Europe, to Cuba leading mission groups, to peace conferences in Germany and England, Mexico, islands all over the Caribbean, and more! At this point I have visited 32 States, 21 Countries, and counting; so as you can see, I’ve been hooked on travel for as long as I can remember. Travel and the people I have met alon
