Lisa at 3A-Travel made us feel comfortable from the very first day we talked with her to plan our honeymoon. Lisa was nothing but friendly, professional, and knowledgeable and offered great suggestions for our honeymoon trip. She always got right back to us and answered any questions or concerns we had, no matter how silly they sounded. She was always patient. Lisa went above and beyond, setting up and making sure every detail was perfect and memorable. Unfortunately, due to Covid19 we couldn’t go on our honeymoon and Lisa made sure we did not stress about a thing. Even with everything going on, Lisa made sure all refunds or agreed vouchers were completed and kept us in the loop on all details. Lisa also made sure everything is in place for when we will be able to go on our honeymoon, safe and healthy, for a memorable time. Lisa started out as our travel agent and became part of our family. We would highly recommend Lisa from 3A-Travel to our family and friends.

Lisa has been my travel agent for several years. I love her 'old school' ways of doing business; calling me, sending me actual documents and even includes zip ties for my luggage! I have referred Lisa to many people who also use her and have continued to use her services. She is very responsive, organized and always so kind. Her deals are competitive, her advice exceptional and her attention to detail is impressive.

Great Trips Thanks To Lisa
Lisa has helped make our last 3 international trips memorable and she will be the first call when we are ready to travel again. When we reach out to Lisa for help on our trips, she does not just ask where we want to go, she asks what our interests are for the trip and takes that into mind when providing us itineraries. What we found even better was that she not only has a great deal of experience but that she also consults with her peers that may have some added in country experience in cities or tours. The result is that she provides us with options inline with what we are looking for plus a some did not think of which is great. Finally, she is patient and easily accessible when working on the details with the result being trips we will remember always.

Lisa is very attentive and personal when it comes to booking your trip! She is with you every step of the way from beginning to end. Follows up afterwards to see how everything went. Is not pushy like some travel agents can be. You can tell her what you are looking for and she can come up with something great! She has traveled to different places as well and can provide feedback to help you out! All our trips are booked with her :) Very nice to talk to! :)

Long overdue revciew
My wife and I where one of Lisa's first clients. We have asked here to arrange everything from overnight stays in Manhattan to trips to Australia. In each and every case her guidance and attention to detail have been outstanding. She has booked private tours in many cities that have left us with new friends in those locales. She has found ways to save moey while getting superior. She is very responsive and you feel the genuine interest that she has in your trip In short, I can't imagine a better person to have as your travel partner
