I was fortunate to be able to live in Central Europe for the bulk of my teenage years, and caught the travel bug early. By the time I was 18, I had been to such far flung places as Samarkand in Uzbekistan, and Tunisia in North Africa. Experiences like that are impossible to shake, and I've been an avid traveler ever since. Throughout my time in the military, and then during a successful career in the software industry, I could never silence the voice in the back of my head telling me I needed to focus my energy on travel. I finally could no longer ignore that voice, and I joined the Dream Vacations team as the owner of All Travel Advantage, based in Beaumont, Texas, but serving clients throughout Texas, beyond to the entire United States, and indeed the World. Part of my expertise stems from studying International Relations at Florida State University, and the Russian Language at the Defense Language Institute. Additionally, I have earned my Masters of Adventure from Royal Caribbean, I am a Pleasant [Holidays] Certified Travel Advisor, Oceania Certified Specialist, and a Peru Agent. We continually increase our knowledge through supplier and professional organizations training.
