Ecuador Surf Trip
I reached out to Novel World Travel a few months ago to plan and book a surf trip for myself. Allison was attentive to my broad stroke requests regarding a hotel, flight, and surf schedule. She followed up regularly during the planning process and presented a full itinerary for a seven day surf trip to Ecuador. She personalized the service with a cell phone app, detailing the accommodations, scheduling, destination descriptions, local dining, organized several surf sessions with a dedicated local surf guide, and booked a cultural food tour in South Beach during my layover in Miami. Allison also kept in contact with me during the entire trip to ensure I was enjoying my time. Overall the Ecuador surf trip/experience far exceeded my expectations. I'll be using Novel World Travel for an upcoming family trip to Dublin this summer, and I have a hunch a 2024 surf trip via Allison's oversight is in my future. Thank you Novel World Travel!

Resort converts!
We reached out to Allison at Novel World Travel to plan a winter getaway. We’ve always planned our own vacations but we were super busy and it felt overwhelming to find somewhere — especially for a short vacation. Allison listened carefully to our needs and proposed a few different options in our budget - from all inclusive resorts to hotels. It was great to have the world of options narrowed down to a few and not to have to rely on internet reviews to figure out what might work for us. At first, we were skeptical of the all inclusive resort but there was one that really matched what we were looking for (peace! quiet! beach time!). Allison was great about answering our questions and adjusting the options based on our feedback. Once we picked she took care of everything - reservations, flights, transport to / from the resort, travel insurance - and provided helpful information for our visit - entry / exit requirements, tipping, local transportation. The resort was just as described and we had a fantastic time. Allison was super responsive both before our trip and while we were away and even reminded us to book our return trip to the airport! We loved working with Allison and would definitely do so again!
