Charlotte assisted us with a family vacation to the Henderson Beach Resort & Spa in Destin, FL. She did a great job communicating with us and the resort. Charlotte was thorough in seeking answers to questions and verifying the information in writing for us. She handled a minor customer service issue with the resort and they sent a treat to our room as a gesture of good will. Charlotte even gifted us a little goodie bag with travel treats as well. I appreciate her kind gestures, communication skills and genuine interest in the success of our trip. We appreciated the _`extras_` at the resort because we booked our trip with Charlotte. We look forward to planning more trips with Charlotte in the future.
