Fairy Godmother is a perfect title! Michelle handled our 11 person trip to Disney, originally planned for April 2020, cancelled because of COVID, rescheduled to September 2020, cancelled again, and then finally scheduled for April 2021. Michelle guided us through all the changes in plans, packages, resorts, reservations - helping to protect us from the sting of disappointment by handling all the tedious cancellation and rescheduling details for us. I cannot recommend her services highly enough. She is communicative, thoughtful, knowledgeable, patient, and committed to her clients. She even set an alarm to get our Rise of the Resistance boarding pass for us the morning of our Hollywood Studios day! Truly a magical experience!

I can’t say enough good things about Michelle at Fairy God Mother Travel! Our group of three families had no idea where to begin or what to do when starting to plan and carryout a trip to Disney World. Michelle was a life saver! She helped us every step of the way. We had a group with ages ranging from 2 ½ to 58 so she had her work cut out for her in making sure everyone had a good time. She gave us park recommendations, hotel suggestions, and even took care of all our groups dinning (not an easy task during covid). She went above and beyond the call of a travel agent setting an early morning alarm and getting our entire group on the New Star Wars ride at Hollywood Studios! This ride was a highlight for all of us. Michelle answered all our questions in a timely manner and cleared up any confusion we newbies to Disney World had. I have used travel agency many times in my life and can honestly say Michelle was the best agent I have come across. Thank you, Fairy God Mother, for helping our family have the trip of a lifetime.

I have worked with Michelle for over a year now planning a Disney trip for my family of three! We worked closely on resort packages, travel dates, dining reservations, and fast passes! Michelle could not have been easier to work with on planning such a specific trip for us. She is always attentive, remembers our requests and _`must do_`s_` and is a quick response away. Unfortunately, COVID has delayed our trip, but we have saved our booking and hope to go in the spring of 2021! Through the Disney shutdowns, and scramble to figure out new plans, Michelle has been wonderful. We are so so thankful to have Michelle on our side. I couldn_`t ask for a better agent!

I will never use another agent after having Michelle book my trip! She is prompt with answering, even when the question is a silly one! She made our first family trip an enormous success, and I will not hesitate use her again in the future for various destinations. Do yourself a favor and use her services, you’ll be able to enjoy your vacation thoroughly!

Michelle has planned a couple of Disney trips for us over the years. She is very responsive to questions, and works hard to make sure all the details are taken care of. Highly recommend!

Michelle helped our family plan a trip to Disney in late April 2022. Disney can be overwhelming with lots of choices and she made it easy to find where to stay, what to do, and where to eat. She also made sure we got the best deal! Her packing tips and help with last minute changes were so helpful! The app-based itinerary is very convenient and she has recommendations for everything to make your trip smooth. She’s quick to respond, knows all-things-Disney, and is very professional. I’ve known Michelle for a long time and she’s truly a fairy godmother for your travel. If you’re thinking about reaching out to Michelle, do it. You’ll be glad you did! This was our first family trip to Disney and, because of her, we were able to book with confidence. ??????????

Michelle is the absolute best! She planned and booked everything for our all inclusive honeymoon. I changed my mind on things and had trouble making decisions and she was beside me every step of the way. She is so knowledgeable and answered all of my questions very thoroughly. She sent me reminders the week of travel and I even text her the day of and she was happy to help me! I can’t say enough good things. I don’t think we will travel again without her expertise behind the trip.

Michelle is the best! She handles everything and knows all the answers. She makes our trips less stressful because she does so much so I don’t have to. This is my 3 trip in 2 1_2 years she has planned for me. She’s awesome!

Michelle was absolutely amazing and handled every question and obstacle we had with a smile. Traveling during this time is not easy especially internationally but Michelle had us 100% prepared to have an amazing trip. Her recommendations on places to go and the place we settled on were 10 out of 10! We will definitely use her again in the future.

Michelle was the best to work with. Any questions we had she was quick to answer. All my 13 year old wanted to do while in Disney was build a light saber. At first we were not able to get in, but Michelle worked hard and was able to book him a slot.
