As the child of a family that always enjoyed traveling, I was introduced to the wonders of experiencing new places early on. My desire to travel only grew from there, and starting in the travel industry in 2017 was a dream come true. Born and raised in Germany, I have lived in France and England as well, before making the US my home of choice. Each new country truly helped me embrace the quirks and intricacies of different cultures. Some of the early highlights of my travels that I remember well were a safari adventure during which - nervously - I got to pose in front of a semi-tame elephant with my little brother; traveling to Turkey, where walking over the same flagstones in Ephesos as Greek soldiers did some 2,000 years before me blew my teenage mind; renting an old farmhouse in Brittany with friends that was surrounded by artichoke fields (we may have helped ourselves). Soon enough, travel became something that I pursued by myself, enjoying both the planning process and the actual travel experience immensely. Several years into my travel planning career, designing unique luxury travel itineraries for people who dream to be immersed in authentic culture while on vacation is my primary goal. I've kept traveling - visiting 46 countries so far - and bring my passion for and knowledge of all of these destinations to each itinerary I plan.
