Amy did a super Job organizing our Top Producer trip this year in Costa Rica. These days in travel it is very important that your advisor pay close attention and stay up to date on the current covid type regulations and guilds as Amy did. She is a great communicator thru the planning process and take recommendations to cater to your wants and needs

AMY DID IT AGAIN!!! We went to Turks & Caicos and everything was planned perfectly. Flights, transfers, resort and travel insurance. Each time I ask Amy to plan my trip, it is undoubtedly planned to perfection. She always has great ideas and thinks out of the box in preparing the best trip. Turks & Caicos was amazing. I_`ve used Amy for all my travel plans and will continue to do so. Nothing is left unturned. Just follow the itinerary and you_`ll have a relaxing, fun and memorable trip.

Amy Freyder at Epicaway planned our 19th anniversary trip to Iceland. She had been there herself, so knew the best tours, hotels, transfers, etc. We saw waterfalls, glaciers, mountains, so many horses, the Blue Lagoon thermal spa was incredible as was the food. Amy knows her stuff. Jen Hofer, So. Cal.

Amy Freyder of Epicaway planned my Avalon Rhine river cruise last summer, including hotels and add-on days. She is up to date on the latest deals and every detail the cruise companies offer. She checks and rechecks names, numbers, dates, so that everything goes smoothly, and can go upscale or budget conscious! Amy also planned my friend with 3 kids_` trip with many city stops to Europe, tailoring tours and events during the trip to celebrate my friend_`s daughter_`s birthday. She is now planning my London_Paris to Prague river cruise. On top of all this, she lived in Japan for 2 years and went everywhere near there. Epicaway.com is my go-to.

Amy is a first-rate travel advisor because of her passion for adventure. As a seasoned traveler myself, both solo and with groups, I_`m comfortable booking my own trips. I take a yearly vacation with my family but this time, I wanted to dial it in using a professional because I knew I didn_`t have the time to devote to researching as much as I normally do. Amy is a fantastic listener and always quick to respond with questions. Not only did she coordinate the travel plans for me and two family members who live across the country, she went over and above by gifting our cabin with a bottle of wine and providing a birthday cake for our group. She went to bat for me when I had an issue booking an excursion on our cruise. Amy was diligent about checking up on us all in case we had any concerns and provided excellent hand holding before, during and after the trip. I will definitely be using her services again to travel in the future.

Amy took care of EVERYTHING. Traveling right now can be tricky and she help me navigate through the travel insurance, testing, and all of the documents that were necessary to have a seamless experience. She was more than accommodating & contacted the resort at my request to make sure i could reserve a room with a king size bed and travel off site once there for various activities. Thank you, Amy!

Amy was fantastic. She was prepared and had answers to all our questions. She told us what to expect with the pandemic and what documents we needed for the cruise line. She was extremely helpful. She made us raving fans and we will only use her for our travel needs.

Amy was great helping to plan our first trip to Japan. We had been out of the country before but were overwhelmed to figure out Japan as the culture is so very different than ours. Because Amy had lived in Japan, she was a wealth of information. We had no idea which cities we should visit and how long to stay at each. She shared the best things to do in each city and helped us calculate how long to stay in each spot as well as the best order for itinerary. She also took into account what our teenager would enjoy while we were there. We knew we would be there for the cherry blossoms and she made sure we knew the best picture spots in each area that we visited. Our pictures are fantastic!! Thanks to Amy our Japan trip was a successful balance of all we wanted to see and do and working with Amy made what seemed like such a daunting planning task so doable. Can’t wait to return to Japan! -- Gass Family, Yorba Linda.

Amy with Epic Away Travel was amazing!!! I am so glad my husband and I used her for our recent trip to Singapore and Penang Malaysia. Normally, when we go on trips, I do all of the planning so it was so nice to leave it up to someone else for a change. Amy called me and and we had a conversation so I could tell her what my husband and I like to do when we go on vacation and we left the rest up to her. Everything was perfect! She actually recommended that we go to Penang - somewhere we had never even heard of - and it was one of the best parts of our trip! I cannot recommend Epic Away enough. I have already started to discuss a trip to Japan with her that I want to take for the cherry blossoms in 2021 PLUS she just went to Iceland and has amazing ideas for that too. Worth every penny and I will definitely use her again.

I highly recommend Amy with Epic Away Travel. Amy helped plan our trip to Japan and we all had an amazing adventure! From Hiroshima to Hokkaido and everywhere in between, Amy gave us the inside tips to Japan and recommended several fun excursions such as the Romantic Sagano Railway, the bamboo forest of Arashiyama, the beautiful temples of Kyoto and shrines of Nara, Osaka, where to eat and stay in Tokyo, which castles to visit and which castles to skip, how to navigate the subway and trains of Japan and so much more! I rate Amy a 5+ stars. During this Covid-19 ordeal, when international travel is much more complex, Amy was able to efficiently and effectively navigate multiple countries travel restrictions and rules to get me a very reasonably priced ticket. I will never again make travel arrangements without her services. Best travel consultant I_`ve ever used!

Traveling as a family of five is no easy task, but Amy at Epic Away Travel enhanced our trip to the U.K. exponentially by creating the most amazing itinerary! My kids love being part of the planning team and range from ages 10 to 13. The WB Harry Potter Studio in London was a must but we had no idea that advanced tickets were needed. Stonehenge also required advanced tickets. Without Amy_`s up to date knowledge of the travel world we would have missed both of these amazing places. Imagine the disappointment in all of my kids faces had we just shown up at the Harry Potter Studio and were turned away. Even my husbands jaw would have fallen to the ground! We also traveled north to Edinburgh and Amy arranged all of our train tickets, accommodations and excursions. She got us the best deals and rates, recommended places to stop along the way (keeping with the Harry Potter theme!) and even recommended which side of the train to sit on to get the best views of the coast. Amy is an excellent communicator and collaborator: she has so much patience and truly wants her clients to have the best experience possible. Brilliant. Words cannot express the gratitude we have for Amy at Epic Away Travel. Our experience with Amy and her company took all the work and stress off of us and let us focus on enjoying the planning process for our first trip abroad with our toddler. Amy took the time to listen to us in order to understand what we wanted to gain from this trip and she was extremely flexible even when we changed the itinerary multiple times. Amy always had patience with us and did everything to help ensure the trip was exactly what we wanted. This was our second trip to Japan, (our first was without the help of a travel expert) and this was such a better experience for us due to Amy’s knowledge of the country. Epic Away Travel booked excursions, hotels, and events for us that we would have never known about if it were not for Amy’s expertise. We cannot thank Epic Away Travel enough for creating such a meaningful trip for us… one that we will never forget. Alyssa & John Kap, Seattle, Washington
