Multiple trips
I have been on several group trips that were planned by Go Enchanted and they have all been amazing! No detail is too small and the extra touches that are added show a true heart for customer service. We have booked a family cruise for 2019 and will definitely use Go Enchanted for all if our family vacations!!!

Honeymoon Trip
Shaia helped me and my husband plan our honeymoon to Sandals in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. I had always dreamed of staying at a Sandals resort, white sand, and clear blue waters like you see in all the commercials for my honeymoon. Shaia made the planning of our trip effortless and easy. All we did was meet with her, tell her what type of trip we had in mind, and our budget. She planned everything from traveling (making sure we had seats beside each other on the plane), picking our resort, and even researched for us the different excursions that were available. She planned the honeymoon of our dreams within our travel budget without us having to lift a finger. My grandfather is about to take a trip to Alaska here in the next few weeks that Shaia also planned and I know it’s going to be an amazing trip. I would highly recommend her for any of your future travel needs. Plus she’s just an awesome person, so if you’re looking for a travel agent to help you plan your next vacation, pick Shaia.

Shaia helped us book the trip of a lifetime for my 50th birthday as a surprise! She was great at scheduling, calming an over planner, and making sure we got the most bang for our buck! We definitely reccomend her if you have any travels plans and we’ll use her again for future trips! Thank you so much for all you did to make this a magical trip!

The best travel agent!! My family has booked several trips with her. The most recent trip was to Paris and Amsterdam to celebrate my daughter_`s Bat Mitzvah. She was professional and booked us the perfect trip. She thought of every detail and made sure our trip fit everything my family wanted to see.
She was knowledgeable about tours and things to do in Europe. She helped make it the trip of a lifetime. Shaia made the trip effortless and worry free, so we could enjoy ourselves. I_`m already planning my next trip with Shaia.

Traveling without Shaia and Go Enchanted Travel will never happen again! We had planned a once in a lifetime vacation to Italy for spring of 2020 that had to be cancelled. The planning of that vacation was magical with Shaia and although the cancellation was heartbreaking, Shaia was so on it for us! But… we have just come back from a wonderful vacation to California and a cruise to Mexico that was so detailed and magical. This agency knows how to cover everything from drivers to get you to and fro, tickets, tours, Covid testing, and welcome aboard gifts.
I know this is going to be too long but I just have to share! We got caught up in the October Southwest Airlines drama and because we booked our own flights, I was not going to call Go Enchanted. I thought this was not something they could help with because we had booked our own flight with points. While standing in line after just finding out our flight had been cancelled, Shaia was reaching out taking Carr if business. Others around us was stating they couldn’t find rooms available and Shaia was arranging a room with transportation to pick us up. I cannot express my gratitude or appreciation enough for Shaia Bragg and her Go Enchanted Travel Crew. I’ve already given her contact info to 3 family members. ??
