I have been in the travel business since 1985. I worked for a Cruise Only Agency for 10 years before getting involved in Adventure Travel when I moved to California. I studied and graduated Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Acadamy and have traveled to many culinary regions in South America and Australia. My focus is on EcoTourism and how we can travel without impacting the environment.
