Alexandria, VA; May 8, 2025 — The American Society of Travel Advisors (ASTA) officially announced that its premier annual event, the Travel Advisor Conference 2025, has again sold out. Scheduled for May 20–22 at the Hyatt Regency in Salt Lake City, Utah, the highly anticipated event brings together travel professionals from across the globe.
“The Travel Advisor Conference is one of the most sought-after events hosted by ASTA,” said Zane Kerby, ASTA President & CEO. “Selling out for the second year in a row shows the remarkable enthusiasm from the travel advisor community and reinforces the critical role that ongoing education and professional development play in strengthening our industry. We are confident this year’s conference will be transformational for every advisor in attendance.”
Attendees can expect expert-led sessions from best-selling authors, C-suite travel executives and university faculty. The event also features onsite certification for ASTA’s Verified Travel Advisor (VTA) program, the event’s largest-ever trade show, a record number of curated networking events and the introduction of Partner Lounges for strategic meetings between advisors and partners.
Registration Open for ASTA Legislative Day 2025
Registration is now open for ASTA’s Legislative Day, taking place October 6-8, 2025, in Washington, D.C. Travel advisors from across the country are invited to join this vital grassroots advocacy event to ensure the travel industry’s voice is heard in the halls of Congress.
“ASTA’s Legislative Day is where advocacy becomes action,” Kerby added. “When our members walk the halls of Congress on Capitol Hill, they bring credibility, passion and real-life perspective that no one else can. It’s an unmatched opportunity to stand up for your profession and help influence the future of travel policy.”
Registration for ASTA’s Legislative Day 2025 is live on the event website. All ASTA members are encouraged to attend—regardless of advocacy experience.
