ASTA Accepting Nominations for 2023 'Entrepreneur of the Year' and 'Travel Advisor of the Year' Awards

Winners will be announced at ASTA Global Convention which will take place May 2-4 in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Alexandria, VA, February 16, 2023 —The American Society of Travel Advisors is soliciting nominations for its annual "Entrepreneur of the Year" and "Travel Advisor of the Year" awards.

We encourage the public to submit nominations for themselves or other deserving individuals in these categories. The winners will be announced at ASTA Global Convention which will take place May 2-4 in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Entrepreneur of the Year:

This is a great opportunity for travel advisors, agency owners, travel technology start-ups, travel suppliers, and more! Five semi-finalists will be selected and ASTA members will have the chance to vote online for their favorite contenders. Three finalists will then advance to take center stage at the ASTA Global Convention in San Juan, Puerto Rico, May 2-4, to participate in a LIVE competition for the $10,000 cash prize! Each finalist will be given five minutes to make their pitch to the audience before a live vote determines the winner.

For the "Entrepreneur of the Year" award, nominations can be submitted through March 20 here.

Travel Advisor of the Year:

This honor recognizes an advisor who goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service to their clients. Let us celebrate your favorite travel advisor by nominating them for the Travel Advisor of the Year Award. Have a story of your own to share? You can also nominate yourself. Nominees must be current ASTA members to be eligible.

For the "Travel Advisor of the Year" award, nominations can be submitted by March 15, here.
