Cabañas, Ph.D., Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba to the United States, to talk about business opportunities for ASTA members and U.S. travel to Cuba. Travel to Cuba has suffered somewhat in recent years due to the perception of dramatic U.S. regulatory changes (which were in fact quite modest), a State Department travel warning and other factors, but it remains a viable and vibrant destination.
