This week, ASTA is releasing a research report we commissioned earlier this year in collaboration with the Association of Corporate Travel Executives (ACTE) focused on the perceived impact of travel management companies (TMCs) and travel agencies on corporate profitability and productivity. Among other topics, the study conducted by the Institute for Association and Nonprofit Research highlights how corporate travel managers view their relationships with TMCs, what aspects of that relationship have the most impact on the success of a managed travel program and - most importantly - how TMCs can better serve travel managers going forward. The report is complementary to ASTA members...take a look!
