In case you missed it, we wanted to flag an article in yesterday's USA Today entitled "Can travel agents help when things go wrong on the road?" The answer, of course, is yes, and we worked closely with the author to highlight the many ways that's the case. The article features ASTA member Toni Lanotte-Day and Kim Launer and delineates how agents help with air, hotel and car bookings, highlights the tiny number of complaints filed against agents at the U.S. Department of Transportation relative to suppliers and recommends that consumers use an ASTA agent. Take a look!

We’ve looked all over, but the link you clicked on can’t be found or the content no longer exists. Maybe it booked a great vacation with an ASTA travel agent? But to be sure, please double check the address you’ve entered or search our site.
