Born in Bogotá, Colombia, and raised in the U.S. from the age of one, I’ve always appreciated the way a single journey can change a person's life. With over 42 years in this industry, I’ve grown far beyond the role of a consultant; I am a true partner to my clients. My mission has remained the same since day one: to put your needs first. Whether I’m hand-crafting a dream vacation, securing a perfect cruise, or meticulously managing complex corporate logistics, I treat every itinerary as if it were for my own family. I thrive on the details that often overwhelm, ensuring every trip is as seamless as it is enriching. My journey began as an agency owner, which led to a wonderful 30-year chapter with Plaza Travel. Recently, I embarked on a thrilling new adventure with TravelStore, where I have stepped into the role of General Manager for our Brentwood headquarters. Here, I continue to specialize in customized group bookings and leisure escapes, blending my hospitality background with the latest travel technology to keep my clients ahead of the curve. Outside the office, my greatest joy is my family. I am an incredibly proud mother to two sons currently in their fifth year of surgical residency—their dedication to others is a constant source of inspiration for me. I also currently serve as the Vice President of the Southern California Chapter of ASTA (American Society of Travel Advisors). It is a privilege to contribute to our vibrant community and to help shape a stronger, more connected future for our industry.
