ASTA's Board of Directors

The policies of the Society are established by a National Board of Directors.

The Board of Directors has 16 members as follows: 5 Directors At-Large; 2 Premium Agency Directors; 1 Host Agency Director; 3 Directors elected by the Chapter Presidents' Council; 1 Independent Advisor Director; 2 Directors elected by the ASTA Corporate Advisory Council, and one Consortium Director. The Chief Executive Officer is a Director ex officio.

The Board of Directors has an Executive Committee consisting of the following corporate officers (also called National Officers): Chairman; Vice President/Secretary; Treasurer; Chair of the Corporate Advisory Council and Chief Executive Officer as an ex officio, non-voting member.

Volunteer participation in the various committees, councils and boards support the Society's many programs, policies and research. Refer to ASTA Bylaws for full term of office provisions.
