| Media Registration | To receive complimentary registration, please fill out the registration form and send a copy of a recent, by-lined article pertaining to travel, a copy of the mast-head of the publication for which you work, stating your name and title, or if you are a freelancer, an assignment letter on the publication’s letterhead to Laura Gajewski. |
Registration fees include: all official activities except for non-exhibiting suppliers. Non-Exhibiting suppliers are not eligible to attend the IDE.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend due to an unavoidable situation, please take the time to send an alternative representative from your company or organization. Name changes must be sent in writing to ASTA Headquarters. Meals and other accommodations have been guaranteed based on your attendance. If you or someone from your company or organization cannot attend, please adhere to the following cancellation policy.
For cancellations received:
Dec. 6, 2009 - Jan. 22, 2010.......... 50% of registration fee per person
On/After Jan. 23, 2010....................... No refund
ASTA reserves the right to consider any registration application that has been submitted without signature as incomplete.
Registration Note: Due to legal liabilities and the business nature of this event, please note that no children under the age of 21 are permitted to attend any part of the ASTA International Destination Expo.
