Registration fees include: all official activities except for non-exhibiting suppliers. Non-Exhibiting suppliers are not eligible to attend the IDE.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to attend due to an unavoidable situation, please take the time to send an alternative representative from your company or organization. Name changes must be sent in writing to ASTA Headquarters. Meals and other accommodations have been guaranteed based on your attendance. If you or someone from your company or organization cannot attend, please adhere to the following cancellation policy.

For cancellations received:
On/Before October 1, 2010................ Full refund less $50.00 per person
Oct. 2, 2010 – Dec. 3, 2010.............. 70% of full registration fee per person
Dec. 4, 2010 – Jan. 21, 2011............. 50% of full registration fee per person
After Jan. 22, 2011.......................... No refund

ASTA reserves the right to consider any registration application that has been submitted without signature as incomplete.

Registration Note: Due to legal liabilities and the business nature of this event, please note that no children under the age of 21 are permitted to attend any part of the ASTA International Destination Expo.

Media: If you are a member of the media and would like to attend the International Destination Expo, please fill out the Media Registration Form and return to Laura Gajewski or fax to 1-703-739-0453 with the appropriate credentials required on the form. If approved, you will be given free registration to attend the show.
