ASTAPAC - ASTA's Political Action Committee

Solicitation Authorization

I am either an individual ASTA member, or a representative of a corporate member of ASTA, who is authorized to grant and does hereby grant ASTAPAC permission to solicit the executive or administrative personnel, stockholders and their families of the corporation for voluntary, personal contributions to the Political Action Committee of the American Society of Travel Agents during the current calendar year.

My company understands that it may only grant approval to solicit its executive or administrative personnel, stockholders and their families to one trade association each calendar year and has not and will not grant such approval to any other trade association political action committee for the current year.
