The mission of ASTA’s Tour Operator Program (TOP) is to increase the use of tour operators by ASTA member travel agents through education, networking and promotional efforts; and to raise awareness of the Tour Operator Program and its members by creating a mutually beneficial environment for agents, tour operators and consumers.
